Karl has over 25 years of public accounting and municipal financial advisory experience. His clients have included cities, counties, towns, redevelopment commissions, libraries, schools, municipal utilities, conservancy, sanitary and solid waste districts and other local units of government. In addition, has provided audit, tax and other consulting services to both business and not-for-profit organizations.
He is treasurer of New Creation Business Advocates, Inc. and is a school board member for the Valparaiso Community Schools and serves on the Public Policy Committee of the Northwest Indiana Forum.

Dan provides general consulting and financial advisory services to cities, counties, towns, redevelopment commissions and other local units of government. Dan's experience includes the areas of land-use comprehensive planning and zoning, community and economic development, tax abatement, review of allocation areas and tax-exempt financings.
Dan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Ballet Theatre Northwest with operations in Merrillville and DeMotte, Indiana.
He also serves as Treasurer, Board of Directors, for Whiting-Robertsdale Community Improvement Corporation for Whiting, Indiana, and has been on the board since 1990.

Susan provides tax consulting and compliance services in all areas of income taxation while specializing in real estate and exempt-organization taxation. Susan also specializes in structuring municipal financings for local units of government, performs arbitrage compliance calculations and escrow verifications on debt refinancing.

Damon provides financial advisory services in the areas of tax-exempt financing, budgeting, economic development, tax increment financing, financial feasibility studies, water and sewer utility rate and cost of services studies. Damon also provides accounting assistance to local units of government.
